Privacy for the agnes.food waitlist Last updated: 24 September 2026 The controller is Capacity Blockchain Solutions GmbH, Höbersbachstraße 5/O, 3003 Gablitz, Austria. How we use your information When you sign up, we use your email address, selected language and submission/confirmation times to verify your request and notify you when agnes.food launches. Signing up is voluntary. The launch notification is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can use the website without signing up. Email confirmation We first send a confirmation link. You join the confirmed waitlist only after explicitly confirming on the linked page. The link expires after 24 hours. Without confirmation, you will not receive a launch notification. This does not create an account in the future agnes.food product. Submission history We also keep unconfirmed submissions, repeat submissions and attempts interrupted by email delivery failures. The history includes the address, language, timestamps, consent wording/version and processing status. Confirmation links are stored only as a one-way verification hash. Invalid or bot submissions create an anonymous event without the submitted address or raw contents. Requests refused by rate limits are not stored in this history. This supports secure operation and evidence of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Storage and recipients The submission history is kept in an access-controlled database on our server. Confirmed signups are also forwarded to our internal mailbox. Our server infrastructure provides hosting and outgoing mail; our internal mailbox uses Google Workspace. We do not sell addresses or use this list to advertise third-party products. Retention We retain the information during the pre-launch phase to operate the waitlist and process requests. Expiry of a confirmation link does not delete its submission record. When the purpose ends, for example after completing the launch notification or closing the waitlist, records are deleted unless needed to resolve specific claims. You can request deletion or withdraw consent at any time at hello@capacity.at. Deletion also covers notifications, logs and backups; restricted backups are not reused for sending mail. Technical operation There are no analytics tools, advertising cookies or externally loaded fonts. IP addresses are processed briefly in memory to limit requests and are not stored in the waitlist database. Ordinary page visits are not logged. Technical error logs may include the IP address, requested URL and error time; these logs are rotated regularly. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Your rights You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: https://www.dsb.gv.at/. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
